About DCM Concierge Team
The personalized, hands-on approach of the DCM Concierge Team is what puts Direct Care Management above the rest. Our team is in constant contact to ensure the optimal patient experience. From when the referral is received, through scheduled provider appointment and/or the patients receipt of a medical product, our concierge team is there to assist every step of the way.
But our support does not end once the medical equipment is received. DCM wants the optimal outcome for all patients. We assist the patient is scheduling provider appointments, call the patients to review any equipment they have received, and offer virtual appointments to ensure they are getting the immediate attention that they need and feel they deserve.
